CONCEPT-TO-PRINT & CUSTOM PROJECTS

Concept-to-Print & Custom Projects

Bring a description, sketch, measurements, existing part, rough CAD, customer-provided AI-generated model, or idea. Spark scopes the human geometry, repair, printability, material/process, prototype, finishing, hardware, and production work needed for the quoted physical result.

Defined work with a useful outcome.

This lane supports practical one-off and small-batch work without turning the industrial shop into a commodity trinket service.

  • Accessories, mounts, stands, holders, and organizers
  • Custom enclosures, protective covers, and noncritical replacement parts
  • Labels, identification pieces, key fobs, and small batches
  • Flexible grips, pads, protective interfaces, and resin detail pieces

Start with the input you control.

Send a sketch, description, rough model, or customer-provided AI-generated geometry with the intended result, interfaces, environment, and timing. You must own or have authority to use and share submitted files, images, and designs.

Spark does not automatically generate, interpret, qualify, or repair customer submissions with AI. Customer files are untrusted inputs for human geometry, rights, manufacturability, and safety review.

Included work is explicit.

Discovery, geometry creation or repair, printability review, material/process selection, prototypes, revisions, finishing, color changes, hardware, special materials, shipping, rush work, production units, and third-party services are included only when the accepted quote says so.

Spark does not claim ownership of the customer's underlying idea. Rights in Spark-created deliverables are controlled by the accepted quote and terms.

Rigid, reinforced, outdoor, clear, precision, specialty, and qualified multicolor work.

Current capability includes a 350 × 350 × 350 mm FDM envelope and 52 µm XY resin process resolution. Exact material, grade, color, finish, and process are selected around the part.

Up to four discrete filament colors.

Subject to geometry, material compatibility, purge requirements, support strategy, surface requirements, schedule, and project economics.

Up to 16 discrete filament colors where feasible and quoted.

Not photographic full-color. Geometry, material compatibility, purge/waste, support strategy, schedule, installed and qualified CFS capacity, and test results determine feasibility. Capacity beyond four colors is installed, configured, and qualified before a production commitment.

Spark & Spool does not accept safety-critical, medical, weapon-related, pressure-containing, or vehicle lifting, braking, steering, restraint, or similarly failure-critical applications.

Put open capacity to work.

Send a production-ready file—or bring the problem that needs engineering.

Capacity is open now for first articles, short runs, overflow work, and new repeat programs.
