Complete-Part Delivery
Printed, finished, labeled, and packed for the job. Spark & Spool can produce a defined part and, where suitable, finish, add approved hardware, lightly assemble, identify, kit, deliver, and preserve the production basis for repeat supply.
Applications
Defined support around a defined printed part.
The base printed part, each optional operation or component, the delivered configuration, acceptance basis, and repeat-order basis are stated in the quote. No universal bundle is implied.
Selected secondary operations
By project: drilling, tapping, reaming, hole cleanup, countersinking, trimming, deburring, sanding, surface preparation, minor fit adjustment, and bonding against an agreed feature and check.
Application-specific finishing
Cleanup, resin post-processing, sanding, smoothing, preparation, coating or paint coordination, and selected cosmetic finishing may be scoped by project with a defined appearance reference and acceptance method.
Light assembly
Heat-set or press-fit inserts, magnets, pins, screw-fastened or simple adhesive assembly, and approved subassemblies can be completed to an agreed orientation, method, count, and check.
Kitting, labeling, and packaging
Hardware packed per part, machine or installation kits, counted bagging, approved part, revision, lot/job, quantity, or handling labels, packing lists, notes, and multi-part kits are organized against an agreed packing list and completeness check.
Project records
Accepted repeat work can preserve file and revision, material and process, quantity, selected operations, component identity and count, simple checks, packing basis, and accepted exceptions.
Technical review
What we review before quoting.
The printed part remains the production basis. Added work is selected, bounded, and reviewed for compatibility, completion evidence, and the division of responsibility. Spark may coordinate an approved external process or vendor while remaining accountable for the quoted delivered configuration and agreed incoming/finished acceptance evidence.
Printed-part basis
Freeze the part file and revision, material and process, quantity, and agreed inspection or fit criteria.
Approved additions
Identify exact hardware, components, operation, finish, assembly method, label, notes, and count without inventing certification.
Completeness check
Check the defined part, approved components, packing list, identifiers, and simple fit or visual criteria before delivery.
Repeat-supply basis
Record the accepted basis and exceptions so later low-volume work can be reviewed against the same controlled definition.
Best starting point
Start with a defined part, its current drawing or file revision, quantity, approved hardware or components, desired operations or finish, packing unit, label text, and the check that matters to the recipient.
Service limits
Complete-Part Delivery is not full-service contract manufacturing, certified assembly or traceability, laboratory testing, regulatory approval, a serialized quality system, a full machine shop, safety-critical or regulated manufacturing, pressure testing, or guaranteed fit without agreed acceptance criteria. Customer installation and final system validation remain outside scope unless separately contracted and proven.
