    Begin with what you know.

    Bring a print-ready file, drawing, existing or damaged part, photograph, measurements, partial design, or a clearly described problem. Spark reviews the application, identifies missing information, and defines the next practical step. Requests receive a same-business-day acknowledgment during posted hours and an initial suitability response within one business day.

    Define the requirement and prove it physically.

    Define the fit, finish, function, dimensions, appearance, hardware, count, packaging, and other agreed checks that matter. Industrial and engineering experience guides material, process, design, or reverse engineering where needed. New production work begins with a physical first article and an agreed acceptance basis before repeat production.

    Deliver the complete quoted result.

    When included in the quoted scope, Spark can source hardware, install inserts, perform bounded secondary operations, finish, label, kit, lightly assemble, bag, pack, and arrange delivery around the printed part. Local pickup or hand delivery may be available in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky when practical and included in the quoted scope.

    Retain the approved production basis.

    After approval, Spark can retain the file and revision, material, process, orientation, color configuration, hardware, finish, labels, packaging, agreed checks, quantity, and repeat-order history needed to quote and reproduce later orders more efficiently. Retention does not promise permanent storage, unchanged pricing, material availability, identical equipment, or automatic production without review.

    Reorder with control. Bring the next part with context.

    A reorder begins with the established part record. A consequential change to fit, function, geometry, material, process, finish, hardware, packaging, or acceptance needs creates a new review or revision boundary. A successful first project can also make the next part number, related component, kit, variation, recurring need, or awkward application easier to begin.

Acknowledgment is not a quote, engineering approval, order, or production authorization. Complete-Part work and local delivery are included only when suitable and quoted.

Compatible 405 nm engineering resin families are selected by application. A material designation does not certify the completed printed part.

Standard multicolor FDM supports up to four discrete filament colors, subject to geometry, material compatibility, purge requirements, support strategy, surface requirements, schedule, and project economics.

Color matching is approximate and depends on material, vendor, and lot unless a quote defines a controlled sample and acceptance method.

Up to 16 discrete filament colors where feasible and quoted.

Not photographic full-color. Geometry, material compatibility, purge/waste, support strategy, schedule, installed and qualified CFS capacity, and test results determine feasibility. Capacity beyond four colors is installed, configured, and qualified before a production commitment.
