Mounting-pattern adapters and accessory interfaces
Connect two defined interfaces when mounting patterns, spacing, offset, or fastener access differ. Tell us what attaches to what; no standard-pattern compatibility is assumed.
Custom nylon parts · application review
Custom adapters, guides, gripper contact parts, and assembly nests shaped around your equipment and the product it handles. Bring the mating dimensions, CAD, or application for review.
Applications to review
These are different tasks with different loads, environments, and failure consequences. They are starting points for a suitability review, not prequalified parts or stocked variants.
Connect two defined interfaces when mounting patterns, spacing, offset, or fastener access differ. Tell us what attaches to what; no standard-pattern compatibility is assumed.
Review contact geometry shaped around the handled product. These components are distinct from the gripper actuator, robot interface, and safety-rated retention system.
Locate or support a product at a stationary assembly or inspection station. A nest is not a robot-mounted gripper; fit and operating conditions are reviewed for its own task.
Review product-specific guiding or locating features and interchangeable setups for a defined changeover. Share the products and mating points that need to stay consistent.
Consider application-specific routing and retention where the consequences of failure are understood. These are not pressure-containing fittings or electrical-safety devices.
Why custom and small-batch
Product-specific geometry and awkward or mismatched interfaces can make a catalog part a poor fit. A custom part can place mounting and locating features where the equipment and handled product require them. Integrated features may simplify fabrication or assembly when the design and checks support that choice.
Small quantities let a team examine a defined first article before deciding on a run. Once that article is accepted, repeat sets can follow a recorded file, revision, material, process, and agreed checks. A change to the interface or use triggers another review.
Material and first-article review
The intended manufacturing direction is filament FDM. The exact nylon grade, formulation, reinforcement, and qualified process are not established. Selection depends on the part and how it will be used; a material name alone is not evidence of finished-part performance.
Tell us the loads and their directions, fit and mating interfaces, fasteners and installation access, temperature, moisture, chemicals, contact conditions, and expected use or cycling. We can agree on the first-article checks that matter for the application before discussing production quantities.
Safety-critical, regulated, or similarly failure-critical work may be declined. No load, wear, precision, or service-life rating is implied by this application review.
Easy review request
Describe the application, what attaches to what, approximate quantity or repeat need, important fit or loading and environment, and your needed-by date. A file and complete engineering details are optional to start. We will review suitability and scope before quoting.
