Application review
The review needs more than a model. It needs the task, interfaces, environment, quantity, and the criteria the tool must satisfy in use.
Describe who will use the tool, what step it supports, and what needs to remain repeatable.
Identify the surfaces, parts, equipment, or hand positions the jig or fixture must work around.
Call out heat, moisture, chemicals, flexibility, and other conditions relevant to material selection.
Confirm how many are needed for the first trial and whether more may be ordered later.
Best starting point
Send a STEP, parametric CAD, or STL file when one exists. Include the intended task, surrounding geometry, quantity, deadline, and acceptance criteria. Clear photos and basic dimensions can start a separate design-support review when there is no usable file.
Service limits
The standard service is limited to simple positioning, assembly, inspection, and light-duty aids. High-load machining workholding is outside the standard service scope. Operator-safety functions and other safety-critical applications are not accepted.
