Applications
Production follows approval, not assumption.
The shop is intentionally focused on practical low-volume work and ongoing local production relationships rather than anonymous, high-volume click-to-print orders.
Repeat orders
Repeat orders can use the same recorded job setup when nothing has changed. Changes to the file, material, or application require review.
Pilot-first work
Evaluate fit or function on a pilot part and agree on acceptance criteria before scaling quantity.
Local production relationships
Work directly with the person handling technical review, quoting, production planning, and customer communication.
Kitted and identified supply
Approved hardware, labels, bagging, packing lists, bounded assembly, and repeat kits can follow the recorded production and pack basis when explicitly quoted.
Technical review
What we review before quoting.
A short run still needs a defined application, stable scope, material choice, quantity, timing, and acceptance expectations. Those elements are reviewed before scheduling.
Approved application
Confirm that the intended use remains within the shop's scope and that the production file is ready for review.
Pilot and criteria
When fit or function matters, approve a pilot and agree on the acceptance criteria before increasing quantity.
Quantity and timing
Define the batch quantity, deadline, and whether repeat orders are expected.
Production plan
Confirm material, setup, agreed checks, timing, and delivery arrangements for the short run.
Best starting point
Send the reviewed STEP, parametric CAD, or STL file, plus intended use, quantity, deadline, and acceptance criteria. Production quantities are quoted separately from the introductory prototype program.
Service limits
Repeat work remains tied to its recorded production basis, which may include file and revision, material and process, color configuration, hardware and finishing notes, agreed checks, packaging, and order history. Changes to file, material, application, quantity, hardware, finish, color, or agreed checks receive a new review; material or component availability, lead time, and price are not guaranteed indefinitely.
